Your Computer’s Trusted Platform Module has Malfunctioned Error.
If this error persists, contact your system administrator with the error code 80090016.
This above error is annoying and it happens when there is some system-level changes, like for example when for some reason the system did not start due to laptop screen damage or motherboard issue and as here hard disk is in working condition, you swap the Hard Disk of the same system to another working system, after that you are able to login to your system.
Here everything will work fine except some of applications like Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Virtual Box etc due to hardware changes.
Solution 1 – To create new user profile, so that you will get new profile with fresh login to the applications.
Type Computer Management in the search bar and press Enter on the keyboard. Then, from the result for Computer Management, click Open
Right click on blank space and select new user, put new user name, Full name and password 
Once you create a new user, select Administrator under groups and add the newly created user to it. so that user will have administrator privileges.
Solution 2 – To uninstall apps those are creating issue and then delete the specific application folders from %appdata% (go to run and type %appdata%)
Here we are getting issue in Zoom application, if zoom application is open then please quit or end task Zoom from task manager.
Then go to run and type %appdata% to open the below window explorer. Delete Zoom folder
Then you can try reinstalling Zoom application or try opening Zoom so it will open fresh without any previous setting, hopefully it should work.
Solution 3 – To clear passwords from Windows Credential Manager.
You can open Credential manager and clear the existing credential once to see if it resolves the issue.
