To delete the log in screen on windows xp professional

Boot from windows xp pro cd then go to repair console
Go to this location C:\windows\system32 and delete logonui.exe

then exit

when the system restart, you will find the classic windows log in screen, there you can log in as administrator and reset the user passowrd.
