Show a message at Windows startup…. it’s easy
Open up – regedit
Go to – HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
having selected System, check for right hand window for title “legalnoticecaption” and “legalnoticetext”. You can double click over them to open and can write any note, that will show up at the startup.
If you want to remove the notice to show at startup then, simply remove the contents of the fields
