To point project folder outside instead of htdocs in XAMMP

To point project folder outside instead of htdocs in xampp

Step – 1 Go to : C:\Program Files\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf (if C is the installation folder)
Step – 2 Open httpd.conf file with notepad and search for DocumentRoot and replace the new project folder location with the existing one.
Step – 3 Then look for Directory and replace the existing location with the same project folder location.

Save and exit !
